Maintenance prices can be found on the maintenance page. If you want multiple services, such as extensive maintenance, front fork maintenance, and shock maintenance, the total price will be the sum of these services.
Parts that may be needed during maintenance are charged separately. Larger sums will be approved by the customer.
Select all the services you want to be performed. If you are unsure, describe the issues with your bike in the comments section so we know how much time to allocate for the maintenance. If you are not sure, don't worry. We'll assess what needs to be done when you bring the bike in.
If your order is very urgent, mention it in the comments section with the tag #kiire. This usually means the bike is not rideable. An example of this would be a bike with broken brakes.
If the bike is used for commuting to school, you can mark this in the comments section with the tag #koulu. We will try to prioritize these bikes as much as possible.
For example, a tire change is allocated 20 minutes. If you also want extensive maintenance, this will require a total of two to three hours. Since the service queue is long, any such mix-up can cause significant delays in the service line.

You received a confirmation of your maintenance order via text message or email. Recently, there has been a lot of demand, and appointments are scheduled as soon as availability is visible, usually about a week before your maintenance date.

As much as you can carry. However, we don't need it. Our primary payment method is an invoice with a 14-day payment period. Card payments are also accepted. MobilePay and PayPal are also accepted. We even accept Bitcoin.

We strive to complete maintenance promptly so that bikes don't need to be stored with us for long. Sometimes parts need to be ordered for the bike, and in such cases, it might take a long time for them to arrive. We will, of course, contact you in advance about this.
The component shortage has already eased. Move & Go Finland has prepared for the limited availability of components as best as possible. Spare parts are indeed available.
We do pick up bikes! Alternatively, the maintenance can be done at the customer's location, so you don't have to wait for several days and can have your bike ready to ride immediately.
The prices for pick-ups and on-site maintenance are available on the maintenance page. During very cold weather, on-site maintenance is not performed, and the service is done as a pick-up instead.
